As the founder of SIS Sisters in the Spirit, I was inspired by my daughters to create something greater than myself. It is my hope that every young woman who participates in our programs discovers their full potential and is set on the path to achieving their goals. Our team is passionate about guiding each girl on this journey while creating a sense of community amongst the group.

Before being diagnosed with fibromyalgia and chronic pain, a determined woman founded SIS - Sisters in the Spirit for your daughters. Her journey was shaped by personal experiences, including overcoming the trauma of sexual abuse in her youth and later supporting her daughter through a similar ordeal. Advocating for her child, seeking counseling, and providing unwavering support opened her eyes to the urgent need for a safe space and a sense of community for young women during life’s most pivotal moments.
She transformed a painful chapter into a powerful mission—creating a resource that uplifts and empowers women of all ages. At Sisters in the Spirit, we believe that everyone deserves access to the tools, support, and guidance needed to build resilience, foster growth, and achieve success on their unique journey. Together, we rise stronger.
